Born in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, she belongs to the Tabyn clan of the Zhetiru tribe. She began dancing in early childhood and developed a serious interest in volleyball at 14. She played for the Kazkhom club, eventually becoming team captain, and from age 16, she joined Almatinochka-Almaty, the second team of the Almaty club. In the 2013/14 season, her team won silver in the Higher League A. She enrolled in university in 2014 and declined several modeling offers, with her parents supporting her decision.
She married in December 2020 and gave birth to a son in 2021. In March 2025, she announced her divorce. She currently resides in Astana.
