Alexandra Mitroshina, born on 27 June 1994 in Petrozavodsk, is a prominent Russian blogger, journalist, feminist activist, and author of the bestseller Promoting Personal Blogs on Instagram. Raised in Moscow, she graduated with honours from Moscow State University and began blogging on topics such as healthy living, self-development, feminism, sex education, domestic violence, and body positivity. Her openness and engagement on controversial issues have attracted over 3 million Instagram followers, alongside active presences on YouTube and VK.
Mitroshina has initiated promotional marathons, courses, podcasts, and charitable projects aimed at combating violence. Between 2023 and 2024, she faced several high-profile leaks and harassment but continues to work and respond to critics publicly.
