Pelageya Khanova, born on 14 July 1986 in Novosibirsk, is a singer specializing in folk rock and Russian folk songs. She began her music education at age 8 and won "Best Performer of Folk Songs" in a TV competition at 9. In 2000, she founded the band Pelageya, releasing albums Devushkiny Pesni (2007) and Tropi (2010). She also served as a mentor on the shows The Voice and The Voice. Kids.
Pelageya was awarded the title Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation in 2020. She was married to Dmitry Efimovich (2010–2012) and later to Ivan Telegin (2016–2019), with whom she has a daughter named Taisia. She maintains an active presence on Instagram, VK, and Telegram, blending folk motifs with contemporary elements in her music.
