Yulia Franz (Dzutsova), born on 29 May 1989 in Dushanbe, is a Russian actress and television presenter. She experienced a difficult childhood during the Tajikistan civil war and initially enrolled in a financial institute before pursuing acting. She graduated from the Shchepkinsky School in 2014 and debuted in 2010 with the film New Year's Detective.
